Western Game Processing (WGP) App

The WGP App (the App) has been developed for the use of approved WGP contractors and will enable WGP to follow product through the production process.


Before using the App, please agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.


Acceptance of Terms:

  1. The App has been designed for the use of approved WGP contractors. By using the app, users are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions.


User Responsibilities:

  1. Users are responsible for providing their own mobile device with capacity to download the App.

  2. Users of the WGP App is responsible for uploading current and accurate records to create their User account. This information includes, but is not limited to, personal details and current licences and accreditations. Failure to provide legislation licences and accreditations will result in your access to the App being declined.

  3. With in 24 hours of licences and accreditations being suspended or revoked the User must notify WGP.

  4. The User is responsible for following relevant Safe Food Queensland and Department of Environment and Science directions regarding the use of the WGP App.

  5. The App is designed for a single user only and the User must not allow other contractors to record their data through the App.

  6. The User must not share the App and its functionality with competitors.


Intellectual Property:

  1. The app and its content are owned by Western Game Processing Pty Ltd (ABN: 73 625 199 420) by intellectual property laws.

  2. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying the app or its content without explicit permission.

  3. WGP reserves the right to allow Users access to the App and may suspend or revoke access at any time.


Privacy and Data Protection:

  1. We collect the personal data of the users during the account registration process in the mobile app.

  2. Data is transferred encrypted to the Back-End Database located in Sydney on an AWS Server.

  3. Relevant data is shared with Queensland Government Department of Environment and Science (DES).

  4. Relevant data is shared with Safe Food Queensland.

  5. Data can be accessed by the App Developer MahiWeb.

  6. No cookies are used.

  7. No third-party analytics tool are used.

  8. We employ state-of-the-art security measures to ensure that your data is transferred securely between your device and our servers. All data transfers are encrypted using the HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) method. This encryption protocol helps safeguard your information during transmission, making it extremely difficult for unauthorized parties to intercept or access your data.

  9. To enhance the security of your account, we use strong password hashing techniques. User passwords are securely hashed using the bcrypt algorithm before they are stored in our database. This process converts your password into an irreversible format, ensuring that even our own team cannot access your actual password.


Privacy and Data Protection:

The app collects and processes user data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Users' personal information is handled securely and used only for the purposes outlined in the App's privacy policy.


User Conduct:

  1. The App is to be used solely for the purpose of sale of product to Western Game Processing Pty Ltd.

  2. The App is to be used in the manner if has been designed.


Limitations of Liability:

  1. WGP is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by users while using the app.

  2. Users acknowledge that the app may have limitations and potential errors.

Termination:

  1. WGP reserves the right to allow Users access to the App and may suspend or revoke access at any time.


Updates and Modifications:

  1. The App Developer may update or modify the App functionality from time to time. Users will be notified of changes with an alert when logging into the App.


Dispute Resolution:

  1. Establish a mechanism for resolving disputes, such as through arbitration or mediation.


Governing Law:

  1. Specify the jurisdiction and laws that will govern the terms and conditions.
