The App has been designed for the use of approved WGP contractors. By using the app, users are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions.
Users are responsible for providing their own mobile device with capacity to download the App.
Users of the WGP App is responsible for uploading current and accurate records to create their User account. This information includes, but is not limited to, personal details and current licences and accreditations. Failure to provide legislation licences and accreditations will result in your access to the App being declined.
With in 24 hours of licences and accreditations being suspended or revoked the User must notify WGP.
The User is responsible for following relevant Safe Food Queensland and Department of Environment and Science directions regarding the use of the WGP App.
The App is designed for a single user only and the User must not allow other contractors to record their data through the App.
The User must not share the App and its functionality with competitors.
The app and its content are owned by Western Game Processing Pty Ltd (ABN: 73 625 199 420) by intellectual property laws.
Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying the app or its content without explicit permission.
WGP reserves the right to allow Users access to the App and may suspend or revoke access at any time.
We collect the personal data of the users during the account registration process in the mobile app.
Data is transferred encrypted to the Back-End Database located in Sydney on an AWS Server.
Relevant data is shared with Queensland Government Department of Environment and Science (DES).
Relevant data is shared with Safe Food Queensland.
Data can be accessed by the App Developer MahiWeb.

The App Developer may update or modify the App functionality from time to time. Users will be notified of changes with an alert when logging into the App.
